Open Call: Public Service Fellowship

Applications for the Public Sector Fellowship programme of the Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana) are now open from 11 March to 30 April 2024.

The EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship stands out as a unique one-year professional development program. It’s designed for high-achieving young graduates who have not only demonstrated a clear interest in but also a strong commitment to transforming the public sector and policy-influencing organizations.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Ghanaian nationals with no criminal history
Completion of National Service (NSS) at the time of application
Not exceed 32 years of age at the time of application
Demonstrate commitment to the wider Public Sector work and leadership potential
Proven track record of community involvement and a passion to serve Ghana
Strong written and verbal English skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work under pressure in a professional working environment

Copy of Ghana Card / Bio Page of Passport
